Why We Exist
Enterprise leadership decisions deserve more than methodology.
Kintex Consulting was built on a simple observation: the leadership decisions that matter most — who leads, how leadership performs, whether the organization can execute its strategy — were consistently being advised on by people who had never made those decisions themselves.
We set out to close that gap. Every practitioner at Kintex has occupied the roles they now advise on, from executive search and succession planning to organizational transformation and interim leadership. That grounding changes the nature of the advice: it is shaped by organizational reality, not theory built from the outside.
